Final currency is billed in USD.
What happens if my address is entered incorrectly at the time of shipping?
If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
How long will it take to be shipped to me?
For all in-stock items, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times. If there's an issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.
While we make every effort to ship all orders as soon as we can, please be advised that changes to protocol, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and related factors beyond our control, may affect shipping timelines.
My package has not updated and has left the warehouse, is it lost?
Once your order has been collected by the shipping carrier, please contact them directly for updates on your package. If your shipping address is outside of Canada or the USA your package will transfer into your countries local post. Your original USPS tracking number can be used to track your package on your countries local post.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Packages leaving Canada or the US will be shipped to a regional hub and then to the destination country. Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country's local postal service for final delivery. Keep in mind that international orders can take up 3- 6 weeks to be delivered.
Will there be international duties and taxes?
For shipments outside of the Canada or the United States, your country has the right to impose local taxes, duties, or additional brokerage fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and we will not reimburse you for the payment of this fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.
Can I make an exchange or return my order?
We only ever produce exactly what is ordered, to ensure we’re keeping things as sustainable as possible, so every piece is made just for you. Unfortunately, because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges and all items are final sale.
What happens if I received a defective item?
Although rare, if you receive a defective item please fill out the form below to reach our customer team. They will let you know the next steps for a replacement!
I forgot to apply a discount code when I checked out, can I apply it after the order is placed?
If you have a discount code, please enter it in at the check out screen BEFORE the order is submitted and placed. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively.
